Position: Logistics Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the logistics operations of the company, including materials handling, sourcing, packaging, and order picking.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Utilize data analysis skills to track and monitor logistics performance metrics.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Maintain and update records of all logistics activities.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor fleet management activities, including vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in e-commerce logistics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics management and International Trade Experience.
- Strong knowledge of materials handling, order picking, and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in data analysis and using software systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
