Cook from frozen on a suitable motorised kebab grill. Cook the first layer slowly for 20-30 mins or until a golden-brown colour. Slice thin strips from top to bottom, ensure thoroughly cooked, and repeat for each layer. Store leftovers in fridge/freezer, use within 24 hours, reheat to 75°C before serving.
