Commercial Fryer: 180 °C for + 2:00 minutes until crispy and golden. Shake the fry-basket above oil-level after 30 seconds. Cooking time is important. A too long cooking may cause cheese losses through the breading. Fan Assisted Oven: 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden. Products have to be turned once after 6 minutes.
Flavour
The cooked product will have a creamy, real mozzarella cheese flavour, with no off-flavours present.

Frozen product: overall light orange to light brown
Cooked product: overall golden orange to medium brown
Texture
Texture after freezing and reconsitution will be smooth and creamy, not lumpy nor sticky
