The product has a crispy bite, uniform smooth internal texture, and full potato flavor with a spicy chili/paprika seasoning. It has a light orange to light brown color when frozen and golden orange to brown when cooked. Storage temperatures should be between -18°C and 18 months shelf life. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
