Reformed from cuts of turkey meat with added water, this halal turkey ham julienne is presented in 10 x 1kg packs. It features a typical ham pink colour in julienne strips, with a cooked turkey ham flavor, mild salt, and mild smoke flavor. The product is firm with a slightly moist, homogeneous texture and is suitable for halal diets.
